Last year I completely missed autumn as I was in South East Asia the whole time; and there isn’t that much colours during the fall there. So it has been two years since I’ve seen one; and I hadn’t quite realized how much I actually had missed them.
I mean I’ve always liked them, but hadn’t realized you could actually miss them.
Now London autumns probably aren’t quite the best you can see, compared to the likes of Finland or Scotland, as some people were quick to remind me when I was raving on and on about the London autumn.
But hey, if you haven’t seen an autumn for two years, London is pretty good. Unfortunately the autumn was pretty cloudy the whole time, so I never actually took out my camera to photograph it.
Some trees are more into autumn than others
So this post is an experiment with all the photos taken and edited on my iPhone. There has been a few posts where I’ve used photos taken on the iPhone but I’ve still done the final tweaking on computer, but it’s amazing what you can do on a phone these days.

Loving the pics here! Autumn is probably my favourite season – the weather is cool, and the colours are beautiful. South Korea has gorgeous autumns. The country is mountainous and covered in trees, and everything explodes in a kaleidoscope of reds, oranges, yellows and golds. I love it! Although, the bitter winter has finally arrived…not so fond of that!

But yeah, autumn definitely has the downside that it is followed by winter, which is here in London right now. Freezing out there!
